Lantau Live

Terms &
Conditions

Last updated: 15 October 2026

By purchasing or using a ticket for, entering, or attending Lantau Live 2026 (the “Event”), you agree to these terms and conditions.

  1. Tickets and admission
A valid ticket is required for entry. Tickets may not be copied, resold contrary to applicable law or the ticketing platform’s rules, or used for commercial promotions without the organizer’s written permission. Final ticket categories, prices, and any ticket-specific conditions will be shown on the official ticket page when sales open.

  2. Age requirements
Attendees may be asked to provide proof of age. Children under 3 may enter free of charge. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult holding a valid ticket. Alcohol will only be served to persons aged 18 or over who can provide valid identification.

  3. Search and security
Entry may be subject to bag and security searches. The organizer may refuse entry or remove anyone who refuses a reasonable search, does not follow staff instructions, or creates a safety or security risk.

  4. Wristbands and re-entry
Where issued, wristbands must be worn for the duration of the Event and may be required for re-entry. Wristbands are non-transferable and damaged or removed wristbands may become invalid.

  5. Line-up and schedule changes
A ticket is for the Event as a whole and not for any particular artist, activity, or performance. The organizer may change the line-up, schedule, venue layout, or Event programme without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

  6. Postponement, cancellation, and refunds
The organizer may postpone, relocate, shorten, or cancel the Event due to weather, safety concerns, government requirements, circumstances beyond its reasonable control, or other operational reasons. If the Event is cancelled, refund eligibility will be limited to the ticket’s face value and handled through the official ticketing provider. Travel, accommodation, booking fees, and other personal costs are not refundable by the organizer unless required by law.

  7. Prohibited items
Outside food, alcohol, and liquids may not be brought into the venue unless expressly permitted. Illegal drugs, weapons, fireworks, dangerous items, and any other items identified by the organizer or venue are prohibited. Restricted items may be confiscated and entry may be refused.

  8. Alcohol and illegal substances
There is zero tolerance for illegal substances and underage drinking. Anyone breaching this rule may be removed from the Event and reported to the relevant authorities.

  9. Behaviour and safety
Threatening, abusive, discriminatory, unsafe, or anti-social behaviour—including fighting, stage diving, dangerous moshing, harassment, or public urination—may result in removal without refund. Attendees must follow all reasonable directions from Event, venue, security, medical, and emergency personnel.

  10. Photography and recording
The Event may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. By attending, you acknowledge that your image or voice may appear incidentally in Event coverage and promotional material. Professional or commercial recording equipment may not be used without prior written permission.

  11. Personal property and liability
Attendees are responsible for their own belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizer is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

  12. Sound, lighting, and special effects
The Event may include loud music, flashing or strobe lighting, smoke, haze, and other special effects. Attendees should take appropriate precautions and speak to Event staff if they have accessibility, sensory, or medical concerns.

  13. Updates to these terms
The organizer may update these terms where reasonably necessary. The latest version published on the Lantau Live website will apply, subject to any rights that cannot be changed under applicable law.

  14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Questions about these terms can be sent to info@lantaulive.com.
