1. By purchasing a ticket and attending the Lantau Live 2024 event, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Requirements:
   To enter the venue, a valid ticket is required. Attendees under 18 must provide proof of age. Children under 3 can enter for free. All attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult with a valid ticket.

2. Search Policy:
   Entry may require bag searches. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry or eject anyone who refuses to be searched.

3. Wristband Policy:
   Upon admission, you will receive a wristband, which is necessary for re-entry. Wristbands are non-transferable.

4. Lineup Changes:
   The ticket is for the event, not for a specific artist. The organizer may change the lineup without prior notice.

5. Event Cancellation:
   The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event if necessary. In case of cancellation, only the ticket’s face value will be refunded.

6. Prohibited Items:
   No outside food, alcohol, or liquids are allowed at the venue. Additionally, illegal drugs, weapons, and other specified items are prohibited. Entry may be refused for anyone found with these items.

7. Zero Tolerance Policy:
   There is a strict zero tolerance for illegal substances and underage drinking. Offenders may be removed from the event and reported to authorities.

8. Behavioral Expectations:
   Unacceptable behaviors, including stage diving, moshing, and public urination, may result in ejection from the event.

9. Refusal of Entry:
   The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone failing to comply with staff instructions or exhibiting anti-social behavior.

10. Filming and Photography:
    The event may be filmed. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in promotional materials.

11. Liability:
    The organizer is not liable for any personal property loss or damage, except in cases of negligence resulting in personal injury.

12. Noise and Effects:
    Be aware that loud music, smoke effects, and strobe lighting may be present. The organizer is not liable for any related issues.

13. Special Promotion:
    The special promotion is available: the first 100 adult tickets sold at ticketflap.com/lantaulive2024 (select ‘Adult (free beer)’ ticket) will entitle the holder to one free can of Yardley Brothers Sunset Ale beer, available only to those aged 18 and over on the day of the event, November 24, 2024. This offer is subject to stock availability and may change without notice.

14. Changes to Terms:
    These terms may change. For the latest version, please check the event website.

15. Governing Law:
    These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
